Non-black belt members are students of the local instructor who is
responsible for all matters of the non-black belt member with the art
and association.
Although black belt members may train with other black belts, they
are considered independent students of Society Head, Grand Master Terry
Glen Raitt and may contact him in-person, by mail, email, or phone
regarding the art or association.
All black belt members and black belt candidates make their own
request for black belt testing through the association.
